Pregnancy loss is experienced by a great number of women. What the parents go through is rarely discussed and often considered taboo. It is part of the realm of the ‘unspoken’, or the ‘unvoiced’. It is buried.

Following a sell-out run at the 2019 London International Mime Festival, Theatre Re presents a powerful, poignant and uplifting visual theatre piece with live music exploring the bond between three generations of women, their shared loss, and the strength they discover in each other.

Emily is eight months pregnant when she reads her grandmother's journal. As she delves into  her  family history her sense of reality shifts, unveiling a legacy of unspoken tragedies and unconditional love.

Vyte joined 'Birth' in 2018 and developed a role of Sue, Emily's grandmother. 'Birth' toured Ed Fringe in 2019 and started their UK tour in the beginning of 2020, which is postponed until Autumn 2021.
